Our online Learning Paths are targeted to more experienced advisors and aim to deepen your knowledge in innovative farming practices in organic farming and to improve your advisory soft skills. The Learning Paths are designed as self-directed learning modules that you can either complete in weekly sessions within a learning group or individually according to your own time resources. Every Learning Path combines reading materials, videos and interactive activities to support engaging, practice-oriented learning. The 2026 programme includes 10 Learning Paths, each requiring approximately 12 hours of learning.
Five pathways focus on technical knowledge, innovative farming practices and practical solutions to challenges. The technical topics include:
- Introduction to Organic Fruit Production
- Introduction to Organic Arable Farming
- Feeding of Organic Dairy Cows
- Introduction to Organic Viticulture
- Introduction to Outdoor Vegetable Production
In addition, five Learning Paths focus on advisory methods and professional development, helping advisors strengthen the soft skills needed to support farmers effectively. These topics include:
- Advisory–Farmer Relationships
- Innovation Support
- Knowledge Exchange
- Group Advisory
- Women in Agriculture
